When the buyer subscribes to the Comms-Online.Com marketplace, he/she submits details about their company. At this stage the buyer can amend their profile. Open purchasing with online bids.

Suppliers can bid during the time specified for the Online bidding.

Both the buyer and suppliers can see bids submitted in the real time. The buyer knows which suppliers have submitted bids but the suppliers remain anonymous to each other.

This provides transparency both for the buyer and the suppliers.
