Procurement
Comms-Online is noted in the industry for
its procurement expertise in the ICT
sector. It is mission critical to the
success of any project in how the procurement
is managed and what service level agreements
(SLA’s) are achieved within budget.
We have managed some of the most significant
procurement projects in Ireland most
notably a €30 Million voice and
data project for the 11,000 members of
the Chambers of Commerce of Ireland.

Deployment
Once you have agreed to the parameters
and scope of works for a given project,
Comms-Online will take ownership of the
entire deployment of the same and this
of course will be a bespoke service tailored
for your individual needs. We ensure
that all assignments are project managed
to ensure continuity of service, and
effectively maximising business continuity.
Management
Having worked with clients to design, procure
and deploy an ICT Project, Comms-Online
is well placed to offer a fully managed
Support programme. Our “Smart-Support” programme
allows clients to concentrate on core
business activities whilst being reassured
that expert ICT services professionals
are managing their ICT services. This
service can be scaled from the one point
of contact for service call management
to direct management and support for
up to layer 4 on the OSI stack and also
independent vendor and supplier management.
